What we have done

• A “Skip to content” link and a logical heading structure on every page
• The whole site, including menus, forms and photo slideshows, can be used with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus outline
• Text and background colours chosen for strong contrast, and text that can be enlarged without loss of content
• Descriptive text alternatives for photographs and labels on every form field
• A Pause animations button (first on the page for keyboard users, and in the footer) that stops moving content such as the scrolling reviews bar, slideshows and decorative effects. The site also follows your device’s “reduce motion” setting automatically
• A responsive layout that works on phones, tablets and desktops

Known limitations

• Some client letters and older documents are scanned images or PDF files and may not be fully readable with a screen reader. Contact us and we will gladly provide the information in another way
• Customs forms and other documents supplied by government agencies are published by those agencies, and we cannot change their accessibility
• Embedded third-party content, such as Google Maps and Google reviews, follows the accessibility of those providers
